Piran Mining was established in 2006 by Tim Peters (ACSM), a mining engineer with 20 years experience in the industry.

The company offers extensive operational experience in the various facets of hard rock mining varying from mass mining to selective narrow vein techniques; in addition to broad based experience in project management of a range of resource projects.

An area of specialty is working within high stress and seismically active conditions as found in some of the deeper mines of Western Australia and the gold mines of South Africa.
